Three New Coffees Make June Premier at Quick Chek
WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Beginning June 14, Quick Chek's chain of more than 120 fresh food convenience stores throughout New Jersey and Southern New York will begin offering customers three new coffee varieties.
Coffee House Dark Roast, a new signature Quick Chek coffee variety, is a blend of four well-balanced coffees from Central and South America. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, a new single-origin coffee, is from the famed Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. And Blueberry Muffin, a new flavored coffee, comes from Columbia, Brazil and Central America.
"Quick Chek is known for offering customers an impressive collection of the world's most distinctive coffees," Mandy Steindl-Kwiecien, category manager, said in a statement released yesterday. "While our new Coffee House Dark Roast is intensely roasted for a full body with a rich aroma and a smooth, sweet finish, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe features a floral aroma and slightly spicy, tangy wine-like flavor and finish, while Blueberry Muffin offers a bright fruity flavor with a hint of cinnamon."
The new Coffee House Dark Roast will be available throughout the year, while Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Blueberry Muffin will be offered through Sept. 5.
