TravelCenters of America Opens New Petro Stopping Center in Georgia

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) opened a new Petro Stopping Center in Carnesville, Ga. Located off Interstate 85's exit 160, it is the 70th full-service travel center in the Petro Stopping Center chain and the 236th in the combined TA/Petro system.

The Carnesville location amenities include 250 truck parking spaces; 12 diesel lanes; 18 showers working on an automated system that is accessible through the TruckSmart mobile app; a Petro:Lube truck service shop with five service bays; a Blue Beacon truck wash; a weigh scale; a driver's lounge; and the UltraONE Rewards Program kiosk and swiping system.

Other Petro features include Wi-Fi, faxing/copying services, TripPak, check cashing, an ATM and a laundry facility, game room and designated pet exercise area.

An Iron Skillet restaurant will open in early April, and the fuel pumps will soon offer BP-branded gasoline.
