TravelCenters of America Opens New QSRs

WESTLAKE, Ohio – TravelCenters of America LLC recently opened restaurants inside two of its locations in Ohio and Michigan.

The Petro Stopping Centers site in North Baltimore, Ohio, located at Exit 167 off I-75, added a Taco Bell Express that will operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week and employ 12 workers.

The menu will offer Taco Bell's most popular items, including Cool Ranch Doritos and Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos. The location also has a full-service Iron Skillet restaurant and a Pizza Hut for quick-service meal options.

The company also opened a Broaster Chicken restaurant inside the Tekonsha, Mich., TA Travel Center located at Exit 25 off I-69. It will operate the same hours as the North Baltimore location and employ eight workers. A full-service Country Pride restaurant is also located inside the travel center.

Broaster Chicken prepares chicken and fish with special marinades, seasonings and breading before using a unique pressure-fryer designed to cook the food in its own natural juices, according to the company. The TA location will offer Broasted chicken, wings, chicken tenders, corn dogs, spicy or regular boneless wings, potato wedges, Broasted fish and a selection of side dishes.

Westlake, Ohio-based TravelCenters of America operates 244 travel centers in 41 states and Canada under the TA and Petro Stopping Centers brands.
