TravelCenters to Offer Mother's Day Treat to Female Drivers
WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC, operator of the TA and Petro Stopping Centers chains, will offer all professional female drivers a complimentary meal on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11, at participating TA and Petro full-service, sit-down restaurants.
"This is just one more way that we can show drivers -- specifically professional women drivers -- how much we respect them and the job they do to keep America moving," said TravelCenters President and CEO Tom O'Brien. "We know many female drivers will be away from their homes and families on Mother's Day, so we wanted to do something special to celebrate them in our restaurants."
This will mark the third consecutive year that TravelCenters has honored professional women drivers on Mother's Day.
On May 11, they simply need to show their valid commercial driver's license to the restaurant server before they order to receive one free meal (up to a $15 value) at more than 170 participating Iron Skillet, Country Pride and other full-service, homestyle restaurants inside TA and Petro locations.
TravelCenters of America operates 249 full-service travel centers in 43 states and Canada.
