Turkey Hill Continues to Grow Grocery Offer

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Turkey Hill Minit Markets is growing its expansive store format footprint. Its newest Columbus store is the latest to boost the grocery section.

In addition to the amped up grocery offering, the newly constructed, 5,600-square-foot store incorporates a car wash, a beer cave with a wide selection of beer and wine and eight gasoline dispensers with 16 pumps.

The foodservice offering features more than 100 fresh, grab-and-go meal and snack options from the Real Time Café, including hot breakfast sandwiches, cheeseburgers, Built Your Way sandwiches and pizza. The c-store also offers an in-store seating area.

With 24-hour, seven-day service, the Cleveland Avenue store will employ approximately 40 associates.

A grand opening celebration will take place March 20. The event will include free hot dogs and smoked sausages, special coffee refill mugs for the first 100 people in line at 11:30 a.m. and an on-site radio station appearance by 92.3 WCOL.

Through April 5, customers visiting the store will also have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win a $500 Turkey Hill gift card.

Turkey Hill will also run limited-time product specials to mark the store's opening.

"This expansive new store format and range of product offers have quickly become immensely popular," said Kim Hertzog, public relations manager. "We are very excited to give customers a great shopping experience and invite everyone to take advantage of our grand opening specials."
