Glenray Induction Cooktop
The latest addition to Tomlinson's foodservice line offers a safe, clean, energy-efficient way to cook and maintain temperatures. The Glenray Induction Cooktop offers temperature ranges of 140 degrees to 428 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has 15 power levels and a minute timer that tops out at 120 minutes. It also contains a small-object detector and a material compatibility detector. Lightweight and easily portable, the unit has a stainless-steel case that is easy to clean. NSF-listed and ETL-approved, the cook-top is available as a 120 volt (1,800 watt) or 240 volt (3,500 watt) version.

FPS-Plus Polymer Shelving
Focus Foodservice's FPS-Plus Polymer Shelving comes with SaniGard Anti-Microbial Protection to ensure extra resistance against stain- and odor-causing bacteria, while providing durable shelving for storage and transportation, the company said. Shelf panels are available in vented or solid styles in most standard sizes, and can be assembled and disassembled without tools. They are compatible with both SaniGard-protected Focus green epoxy posts and standard focus green epoxy posts.

Mix 'n Chill Drink Mixer
The new commercial Mix 'n Chill Drink Mixer from Hamilton Beach features programmed cycles and one-hand Smart-Start motor activation for easy use when prepping frozen drinks and mix-in treats. The three-quarter HP motor provides heavy-duty mixing, and the eight different factory-programmed cycles control mix time and motor speed for consistent results. Manual mode is also available. SmartStock Dispenser
Georgia-Pacific's SmartStock Medium-Weight Polypropylene Dispenser was designed to be hygienic and reduce consumption, as well as decrease restocking time due to its quick-load capability. The dispenser is enclosed and dispenses utensils one at a time to protect against airborne and hand-carried germs. The SmartStock Polypropylene Cutlery is 10 percent smaller in size and 40 percent lighter than SmartStock's medium-weight polypropylene cutlery.
