Wilson Farms Gains Sales and Marketing Executive
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms, family-owned operator of nearly 200 convenience stores, appointed Mark Wolbert to the company's corporate support team as its director of sales and marketing, the company stated.
Wolbert, with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the food retail and convenience store industry, began his 23-year career with Tops Markets Inc. as a store manager and field specialist at Wilson Farms, according to the company. Wolbert held a variety of positions while at Tops Markets, including category merchandiser/buyer, category manager, senior category manager, director of non perishables and senior director of nonperishables.
He comes to his latest position from Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems, where he was a senior director, the company stated.
In his new role, Wolbert will be responsible for directing all category management functions, strategic vendor relationships, in-store execution, staff development and supply chain initiatives.

"His knowledge and experience combined with his familiarity of the New York state market areas will enhance our ability to deliver the best possible products and services to our customers."
