Wilson Farms Names New Dairy Partner

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms Neighborhood Food Stores, which operates approximately 200 convenience stores in New York State, announced a new partnership agreement with Meadow Brook Dairy, under which the dairy will distribute products to an additional 33 Wilson Farms and SugarCreek stores in the Rochester area.

Meadow Brook Dairy, with distribution centers in Syracuse, Elmira and LeRoy, N.Y., currently supplies 59 Wilson Farms and SugarCreek stores in the Syracuse/Central New York regions.

The agreement marks one of the first vendor partnership announcements made by the new Buffalo, N.Y.-based owners of Wilson Farms. Paul Nanula, company president and CEO, said that the deal reflects Wilson Farms' commitment to the communities and customers it serves.

"Working with one well-respected dairy provider for our stores in Rochester and Central New York will not only help improve efficiencies and overall customer service, but also support dairy farmers, distribution centers and drivers in New York state," said Nanula. "We evaluated several companies and made the right decision to expand our relationship with Meadow Brook Dairy."
