7-Eleven Cooks Up 'Pizza for Life' Sweepstakes

DALLAS –- 7-Eleven Inc. will give one lucky pizza lover a lifetime's worth of the delectable meal through its first-ever Pizza For Life Sweepstakes. The contest runs through Friday, May 16, which is National Pizza Party Day.

Entry forms for the sweepstakes are available on the 7-Eleven smartphone app, which can be downloaded via the iOs App Store or Google Play. Consumers can enter by clicking the "What's in Store" calendar tab, then the "gimmepizza" icon, and filling in their name and e-mail address on the pop-up entry form. They will then have the option to share contest information on Twitter or Facebook using the hashtag #GIMMEPIZZA4LIFE. Participants must be at least 18 years old and can enter once a day.

The prize is valued at $10,500, and the winner will be notified by the end of May.

7-Eleven began offering hot-to-go pizza five years ago and currently offers large Pepperoni and Triple Cheese pizzas for $5.55 and a large Deluxe Meat pizza for $6.99. Customers can also purchase any size can or bottle of carbonated soft drinks made by Coca-Cola, Pepsi or Dr Pepper/7-Up to get $1 off a pizza.
