7-Eleven Debuts New Cinnamon Rolls

DALLAS -- 7-Eleven joined the roster of retailers selling Johnson’s Corner cinnamon rolls, a local favorite from Loveland, Colo., according to a report by LovelandConnection.com.

The hand-made treats, which are shipped frozen from the bakery and distributed by McLane Western, made their way into 7-Eleven stores throughout Utah and Colorado in December at a discount price of $2.19.

Johnson’s Corner began in 1952 as a truck stop and restaurant. The stop became best-known for the taste of its oversized, hand-rolled cinnamon rolls.

People seem excited about the addition, noted a representative of Johnson’s Corner. Devotees of the cinnamon rolls are glad to find a local favorite right around the corner, while new customers get to start their morning with them for the first time, according to the company.
