7-Eleven Teams With Mobile Sports App in Nevada

LAS VEGAS — 7-Eleven Inc. is betting its newest agreement with William Hill and PayNearMe proves fruitful.

The convenience store chain is teaming with William Hill, Nevada's largest sports book operator, and electronic cash payment system provider PayNearMe to provide William Hill Mobile Sports app customers the ability to deposit to their accounts at 7-Eleven stores throughout Nevada.

To make a cash deposit on-site at any of the more than 200 7-Eleven stores statewide, customers can generate a payment barcode on their tablet or smartphone screen by selecting the “Deposit Funds” button inside the menu of the Mobile Sports app. The payment barcode will then be scanned at the 7-Eleven store and the funds will be immediately credited to their Mobile Sports account.

“We are excited to partner with 7-Eleven and PayNearMe in providing our customers with now over 350 locations where they can deposit to their Mobile Sports accounts throughout Nevada,” said William Hill US director of marketing Michael Grodsky. “The Mobile Sports app allows our customers a convenient way to bet when they are not enjoying the great atmosphere in one of our 103 Nevada Sports Books.”

The William Hill Mobile Sports wagering app can be utilized on any iPhone, iPad or Android device carried by AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or Boost Mobile.

Dallas-based 7-Eleven operates, franchises or licenses 10,500 convenience stores in North America.
