Aloha Petroleum Supports Hawaii State Jr. Golf Association

HONOLULU, Hawaii -- Aloha Petroleum Ltd. presented the Hawaii State Jr. Golf Association (HSJGA) with a check for more than $3,000, continuing its support of junior golf for the fourth consecutive year, the company reported.

"As a community, we’re lucky to have an organization like HSJGA, which continues to nurture our upcoming leaders and athletes through the game of golf," Richard Parry, Aloha Petroleum president and CEO said in a released statement. "By supporting Junior Golf, we are able to contribute to the development and growth of young golfers across the state."

For every gallon of gas that was purchased last year by customers with a Junior Golf affinity fuel charge card, Aloha Petroleum contributed 3 cents to HSJGA. Aloha Petroleum’s contributions added up to $3,106.31.

"We’re excited to continue our relationship with Aloha Petroleum," said Greg Nichols, vice president of HSJGA, who accepted the contribution. "The company’s support of HSJGA over the years has helped develop many of our energetic and talented youth."
