Angry Orchard’s newest year-round specialty cider, Walden Hollow, is made exclusively with apple varieties from New York State. Walden Hollow is the fourth installment of the Angry Orchard Cider House Collection. With an 8-percent alcohol by volume, Walden Hollow is fermented over many months to a full flavor and intense apple aroma due to the high acidity and mild tannins from New York State heirloom apples, including Golden Russet, Newtown Pippin and Northern Spy. The cider is available in 750-milliliter bottles for a suggested retail price of $14.99 to $17.99, varying by market.
