Anheuser-Busch InBev to Raise Prices

ST. LOUIS – Consumers should enjoy the price of that summer beer while they can. Anheuser-Busch InBev SA announced it will raise prices across all its brands on Oct. 3.

Due to increased commodity costs, the maker of Budweiser, Stella Artois and Beck's said yesterday it will raise prices by 3 to 5 percent. According to Reuters, the amount of the price increase will depend on the brand, package and market.

CSNews Online has yet to receive any word if other beer manufacturer will follow with price increases of their own.
