Atlas Oil Opens Houston Office
TAYLOR, Mich. -- Atlas Oil Co., a petroleum distributor and franchisor of the FastTrack convenience store brand, expanded its operations to a new office in Houston, dBusinessNews.com reported.

The company's commercial division provides sales, delivery and onsite equipment to fuel customers in the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Kentucky markets, according to the report. By adding this new office, Atlas Oil will be able to obtain the best prices in the market, expand its supply opportunities and provide customers with the lowest-priced product, the report stated.
Overseeing the Houston operation will be Jeff Plymell, director of supply and marketing for the company. Plymell is responsible for the acquisition and distribution of fuels for Atlas Oil's retail and commercial divisions, according to the report. In Houston, he will work to maximize company profitability by optimizing product positioning, as well as increasing visibility and enhancing supplier relationships, the report stated.
