AutoGas Acquires Centego Marketing

Abilene, Texas-based AutoGas Systems Inc. acquired the assets of Centego Marketing Inc., the Dallas-based leader in loyalty reward marketing and the pioneer of the Fuel Rewards program. The two companies will combine resources to expand cross-marketing loyalty solutions in the convenience, grocery and other select channels of trade.

AutoGas has been a leader in fuel automation and loyalty technology program management for years and their patented solutions allow cents-off-per-unit discount on fuel purchases driving the market for their retail partners. AutoGas technology allows the retailer to leverage its existing POS systems while delivering higher top-line revenue-enhanced profit and increased market share.
