Casey's Ranks Highest in Food Retail Industry

ANKENY, Iowa -- Casey's General Stores ranked highest in terms of relative performance in the food retail industry this week, announced SmarTrend News Watch.

According to the report, Casey's (NASDAQ:CASY) showed a gain of 2.18 percent.

The remaining companies in the top five were Safeway (NYSE:SWY) with a gain of 2.09 percent; Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ:WFMI) with a gain of 2.07 percent; SUPERVALU (NYSE:SVU) with a gain of 1.64 percent; and Kroger (NYSE:KR) with a gain of 1.57 percent.
