Casey's, XYIENCE Launch UFC Getaway Weekend Sweepstakes

LAS VEGAS -- XYIENCE, maker of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) official energy drink Xenergy, and Casey's General Stores are teaming up to launch a text message-based sweepstakes through which contestants can win a UFC getaway package for two. The contest will run from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31.

Rules for participation in the sweepstakes can be found exclusively at participating Casey's stores in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The chain will also have a special promotional price of two Xenergy cans for $3 during the contest.

The grand prize for the sweepstakes includes roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations for the winner and a guest, and tickets to a UFC event in Las Vegas. Two second-place winners will receive a Casey’s General Stores $500 prepaid gas card, and two third-place winners will receive a Casey’s General Stores $100 gift card.

No purchase is necessary to enter; winners must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old with valid proof of age. Contest officials will select the winners at random and announce them in mid-November, according to the companies.

The Casey's contest follows summertime sweepstakes held by XYIENCE in partnership with other convenience stores, such as QuikTrip and a group of independent c-stores, as CSNews Online previously reported.
