CEFCO Adds 'Unique' Features to First New C-store in 2017

TEMPLE, Texas — CEFCO Convenience Stores unveiled its first new location of 2017.

Situated at 3025 E. Austin St. in Giddings, the latest generation store incorporates a number of innovative enhancements made possible by an open, fresh design with modern treatments and upgraded finishes, according to the company.

The CEFCO c-store also showcases "unique" amenities, including an RV dump station and pet exercise area.

"We are excited to open our newest location in Giddings, Texas. This beautiful addition offers our latest hot and cold Fresh Eats grab-n-go offerings, including our Fresh Yo self-service frozen yogurt concept," said Raymond Smith, president, The Fikes Cos., owner of the c-store chain. "Additionally, we are pleased to announce that this location will include our seventh Which Wich restaurant location. We invite our customers to stop by and enjoy our best in class experience."

The new Giddings store is the 30th site for the company that boasts 5,500 square feet.

Temple-based CEFCO operates more than 220 c-stores and quick-service restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
