ChargeItSpot launched a new analytics dashboard and video capabilities for the company’s in-venue charging stations. The analytics dashboard, which is available to all ChargeItSpot clients at launch, gives retailers access to on-demand user behavior data. It displays key insights such as length of charge, average monthly charges, opt-in e-mail captures, peak charge time, and more. The new video capabilities allow retailers to show custom footage directly on the charging station’s touchscreen.
