Circle K & Dr Pepper Promo Loops in Uber
TEMPE, Ariz. — Circle K is working with Dr Pepper Snapple Group to bring its customers and Uber together through a tie-in with Dr Pepper's "Buy. Text. Ride." promotion.
Customers at Circle K convenience stores can earn a "Pepper Prize" point by scanning a barcode found within the retailer's mobile app and purchasing a 20-ounce Dr Pepper SKU through April 30. They can earn up to six points daily, which are redeemable for "Pepper Prize Shop" rewards including a free 20-ounce Dr Pepper, two grill items, a $10 store gift card or a $50 Uber card.
Rewards can be redeemed within the app through May 20.
Dr Pepper's national "Buy. Tex. Ride." promotion offers customers a $5 Uber code with purchase of two specially marked 20-ounce Dr Pepper bottles. The deal kicked off Feb. 15 and runs through May 15. Customers redeem the offer by texting a picture of their SKUs' universal product codes and the word "DrPepper" to a designated number. Uber codes expire June 30.
