Circle K to Offer Self-Service Money Transfer Kiosks

BURNABY, British Columbia -- Circle K is among the 472 retailers to benefit from TIO Networks Corp. and NEXXO
Financial Corp.’s expansion of self-serve automated money transfer services in Tucson, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and El Paso, Texas. The expansion follows successful market tests of the money transfer program through TIO's network of cash-accepting kiosks in Phoenix, the company reported.

Cash-preferred customers can send money worldwide through TIO's self-serve automated financial services kiosks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and money transfer recipients abroad can receive funds via NEXXO's network of more than 21,000 bank branches and pick-up centers in Mexico and Latin America.

The self-serve money remittance service provides customer service with longer servicing hours and an affordable rate of $9.95 for a transfer up to $1,000, the company reported.

To conduct a transaction, customers can sign up for free by calling (800) 789-8233, and benefit from the 'no-fee' offer on the first transaction for money remittances. Also, customers who utilize money transfer services through the self-service kiosks receive a five minute long-distance call for free so they can call the recipient and notify them that the funds are on their way, according to the company.
