Circle K Selling 26 C-stores via Auction
LAVAL, Quebec — Circle K Stores Inc., a division of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., will sell 26 convenience store properties in an auction in August. These properties are located in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri.
Circle K retained Williams & Williams to conduct the auction. Participants can bid onsite at former store locations or online during the live auction at AuctionNetwork.com. The auction, open to the public, will take place Aug. 10, 11 and 12.
“The list of 26 properties is diverse in size, location and even property type, including some operating and non-operating stores, former stores repurposed into other uses, and even cleared lots for new development,” said Fontana Fitzwilson, executive vice president of Williams & Williams. “This is a rare opportunity to purchase one great store location or even create/expand a portfolio.”
Circle K parent Alimentation Couche-Tard has 7,787 company-operated c-stores in North America and Europe.
