CoGo's Continues Expansion

CoGo's Co., operator of 101 convenience stores in Pennsylvania and Maryland, yesterday reached a deal with Homer City, Pa.-based Accent Fuels Inc. to acquire a an Accent Quick Mart store in Homer City. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the agreement, which is scheduled to close in Jan, CoGo's will lease the site, which will continue to be supplied by Accent Fuels with Citgo branded gas and fuels.
The convenience store will be rebranded CoGo's shortly after the deal is complete, said Carl Colteryahn, president and CEO of CoGo's. The company has agreed to retain all Accent Quick Mart employees currently employed at the unit, he added.
