Corner Store Grows Texas Holdings

SAN ANTONIO -- CST Brands Inc. is continuing to grow its Corner Store portfolio with two new locations in the Houston metropolitan area.

The convenience stores, in Burnet and Conroe, Texas, measure 4,650 square feet and feature indoor and outdoor dining, a beer cave, an ATM and seven gasoline dispensers, diesel and E85 flex fuel. The stores also offer Corner Store's signature fresh-baked kolaches and whoopie pies, breakfast tacos, grill items, fruit and salads.

In addition to signature Fresh Choices baked and packaged goods, the stores will carry U Force energy and sport drinks, Cibolo Mountain coffee, FC bottled soda and Flavors2Go fountain drinks.

The two new locations bring Corner Store's store count to 634 in Texas and 1,040 in the United States. It also operates or leases an additional 841 Canadian stores in six Canadian provinces.

San Antonio-based CST Brands plans to build 15 new stores in the United States this year.
