Skinny Nutritional Corp. unveiled Croce's Skinny Water Acai Grape Blueberry Hi-Energy, the fifth flavor in the Skinny Water line, which is named after Philadelphia fitness guru Pat Croce, the company stated. The water contains no calories, sugar, sodium or preservatives, and is formulated to boost metabolism while curbing appetite, according to the company. The drink's active ingredient, acai Berry, is a super anti-oxidant Brazilian fruit that is high in essential amino acids, while the drink also contains guarana, ginseng, B Vitamins and L-Carnatine, the company stated. Other Skinny Water flavors include Raspberry Pomegranate (Crave Control), Goji Fruit Punch (Shape), Passionfruit Lemonade (Total-V) and Peach Mango Mandarin (XXX-Detox). The 16.9-ounce beverages are available at a suggested retail price of $1.49.
