CSNews at the Show Returns

For its second year, CSNews at the Show has been enhanced with a number of new features that will help those in Atlanta make the most of their visit in an improved user-friendly setting. An updated dining section features many more varieties of food, while the NACS Hotel section offers more in-depth information on amenities. The transportation section was also upgraded with local maps of Atlanta, including mass transit maps, to ensure that attendees never lose their way. For those attendees who travel with their golf clubs, a list of Atlanta-area golf courses is provided, and night owls can check out the nightlife section for a list of local clubs and other hot spots.

A special feature on this year's CSNews at the Show site is a virtual store tour designed by CSNews staffers to showcase three outstanding retailers in the Atlanta metro area -- Flash Foods, Pit Stop and QuikTrip. Through the Web site, visitors can view exclusive photos of each store and information about the locations. For those who will attend the show, detailed directions to each store from the Georgia World Congress Center is provided online, allowing NACS Show attendees to venture on their own time to visit successful examples of Atlanta's c-store retailers.

Also returning to CSNews the Show is the industry's first blog -- "Spare Change." Created to be a platform for industry dialogue, visitors can view posts by CSNews and read comments by their peers. By registering with a simple username and e-mail address, guests can also comment on any issue presented in the blog, or even create their own on the "Your Two Cents" post.
