Culinary Squares Packaging

Anchor Packaging Inc. introduces the latest addition to its Culinary Squares line of bases and lids, designed to offer increased value to the operator looking for ways to improve their image while controlling costs. With the same inside food space as a 9-inch by 9-inch foam clamshell, Culinary Squares are durable and made with cut-resistant material. A new, deeper dome joins the existing single and three-compartment packaging. Vented lids are made with crystal clear polypropylene (PP) that features Clear Guard anti-fog technology. The matching 8.5-inch square, black PP bases are available in single and three-compartment designs, and accept all three lids. Lids are designed with secure, leak-resistant closures to preserve food presentation and avoid spills. Culinary Squares withstand temperatures of 230 degrees Fahrenheit in warming units, under heat lamps or in the microwave. Bases and lids are dishwasher safe.
