Part 1 of the series kicked off Oct. 1 with a fireside chat with Art Sebastian of Casey's General Stores Inc. about the company's digital journey, followed by a retailer panel discussion covering such topics as contactless payment, online ordering, curbside pickup and home delivery.
Part 2 of the series, held Oct. 8, featured the presentation of the 2020 Technology Leader of the Year award and a Q&A with this year's honoree, Gus Olympidis of Family Express Corp., followed by another retailer panel discussion.
Part 3 of the series, held Oct. 15, featured a special webcast presenting and analyzing the findings of CSNews’ exclusive 2020 Technology Study.
