D&H Petroleum, United Pump Supply Combine

SAN ANTONIO — D&H Petroleum and Environmental Services has combined with United Pump Supply to form a new company. D&H United Fueling Solutions Inc. now owns the assets of both businesses.  

Convenience store industry veteran Bo Sasnett was named CEO of the new company. John Farrell, a longtime key executive, will remain with the company as chief operating officer.

The combined San Antonio-based company is a distributor, installer and service provider for retail and commercial fuel systems. Its portfolio of services is available in seven Southwestern states.

United Pump Supply has been in service since 1936 selling, servicing and installing fuel dispensing equipment to the commercial and retail fueling industry. D&H Petroleum and Environmental has served the Southwest in fuel management systems since 1964.

The newly combined company also announced its senior management has partnered with Atlanta-based Third Century Investment Associates LP, which will provide resources that will allow the company to continue to grow and better serve customers.
