DTN Energy Closes PetroDEX Acquisition

OMAHA, Neb. -- DTN Energy, a leader in data communications and eBusiness solutions for the downstream petroleum marketing industry, acquired the PetroDEX petroleum exchange from GE Global eXchange Services.
