Rolling their way into c-store foodservice menus are El Monterey Chimi Rolls by Ruiz Foods. The 4-ounce chimichangas come in two new authentic Mexican flavors – Spicy Steak, Potato and Cheese, and Chicken, Green Chili and Cheese – and are tightly rolled for on-the-go eating, the company stated. Chimi Rolls can be merchandised in the ‘Hot-To-Go’ case and are made from quality meats and cheese, Mexican spices and freshly baked tortillas, according to the company.
