ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Co. President Announces Retirement
IRVING, Texas -- Exxon Mobil Corp. Vice President and ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Co. President Harold R. Cramer announced his pending retirement, effective Jan. 1, 2012. Cramer has spent more than 38 years with Exxon.
After Cramer joined Mobil Corp. in May 1973, he held a range of marketing, planning, supply, financial and management positions, according to the announcement, including planning manager overseeing Mobil's corporate planning activities; general manager supervising global supply, distribution, trading and sales; president, Mobil South Inc.; president, Mobil Asia Pacific; president, Mobil Europe; executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mobil Corporation; and member of Mobil Oil Corporation's Executive Committee. After Exxon and Mobil merged in 1999, he was appointed to the position of vice president of Exxon Mobil Corp. and president of ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Co.
Cramer has also served as a member of the Boards of Directors of the European Petroleum Industry Association, the Council on International Education Exchange and the District of Columbia College Access Program. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and the State University of New York at Albany with a Masters in Business Administration.
