FETCO Encourages Clients to "Ask the Expert"

LAKE ZURICH, Ill. -- FETCO added an online feature called "Ask the Expert" to its Web site, FETCO.com. There, Shane Blais, director of corporate training, will be featured in short video clips answering technical questions from clients and service technicians.

"FETCO’s Web site is a technical educational resource that we are extremely proud of because it serves as a center where customers can get their questions answered day or night," Blais stated. "Our first Ask the Expert video explains the difference between our metal spray plate and our new cascading spray dome. Customers can e-mail questions to AskTheExpert@fetco.com and I will answer [them] in future video clips."

Ask The Expert specifically targets the needs of FETCO customers because they control the topics discussed, according to the company. In addition, the Web site includes podcasts, webinars, users’ guides, troubleshooting guides, as well as the latest information on everything from equipment specs to how to operate and service its equipment, and coffee basics. Information on products, the company, tradeshows, new products and a service agent directory also is available.

FETCO is a supplier of specialty coffee grinding, brewing and serving equipment.
