Freedom Oil Celebrates 10th Anniversary With Customer Rewards
WARSAW, Ind. -- CITGO marketer Freedom Oil is celebrating its 10th anniversary by giving back to loyal customers through its Freedom Rewards Program with support from CITGO Petroleum Corp. Through Aug. 31, members can earn fuel discounts based on purchases of specially marked items at participating Freedom Express locations. Additionally, every time customers swipe their Freedom Rewards card, they are automatically entered to win prizes such as $2,500 in CITGO gift cards, a 32-inch flatscreen television, an Apple iPad and a bicycle.
"Without the support and continued patronage of our regular customers, we wouldn't have made it past our first year, let alone our 10th," said Greg Cobb, managing member of Warsaw, Ind.-based Freedom Oil. "As a family-run business, it was important to us to celebrate by reaching out to the people who made it possible -- our customers. We know that everyone can use a little extra money or free gas. The Freedom Oil Rewards program is truly our way of giving back to all of those people that have given so much to us."
Customers can visit www.takinittothepump.com to register for a Freedom Rewards card and start earning points. There is no amount to the dollar amount that can be earned with the card, the company said.
"As a locally owned and operated business, we congratulate Freedom Oil on a decade of serving the Warsaw region," said Alan Flagg, general manager light oils marketing for CITGO. "The fact that Freedom Oil is celebrating this milestone by giving back to its community shows why they have succeeded for the past 10 years, and we look forward to watching them succeed for years to come."
Houston-based CITGO is committed to giving back to local communities through its network of nearly 6,000 locally owned stations, the company stated. CITGO marketers and retailers in Indiana own and operate more than 95 CITGO locations.
