GasMart Converts 15 Stations to CITGO Brand
CHICAGO -- CITGO marketer GasMart USA is expanding its footprint across the Midwest with the conversion of 15 gas stations in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. The redesigned stations, which are celebrating grand openings through Friday, now have CITGO's new Centennial image and fresh service options.
"We already own or service more than 105 stations across the Midwest and are proud to expand our network with the CITGO brand," said Kevin Lott, vice president of operations at GasMart USA. "The wide range of community programs that CITGO supports through its corporate and refinery social responsibility efforts, as well as the commitment it makes to help its marketers 'fuel good' in their own areas, really resonated with us. We had locations that needed an upgrade and CITGO has brightened up each of these newly converted stations into a clean new site that is inviting to the community and will help our business succeed."
Grand-opening festivities continued Thursday at 596 South Montgomery Road in Montgomery, Ill. Special guest Miss Illinois, Brittany Smith, joined GasMart USA representatives, as well as Citi Bank representatives who were on-site from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to register customers for the CITGO Rewards Credit Card.
GasMart has acquired, developed and constructed stations since 1995. It operates more than 105 locations across the Midwest.
Houston-based CITGO's network of marketers and retailers in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, including GasMart, own more than 700 CITGO locations.
