GPM Acquires Southeast Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee
RICHMOND, Va. — GPM Investments LLC has taken ownership of Broyles Hospitality, a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee that operates seven locations in Tennessee and Virginia.
The acquisition will further develop GPM's existing portfolio in the Southeast, according to the company.
"These Dunkin' Donuts restaurants are very well-established within the community and their employees have served customers with dedication and enthusiasm. Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin' Donuts has more than 12,200 franchised restaurants in 45 countries.
Richmond, Va.-based GPM Investments, together with its subsidiaries, is the largest privately-owned company in the convenience channel. The company operates or supplies fuel to stores in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
