To celebrate its 10th anniversary in North America, Guayaki is introducing a new version of organic Traditional Yerba Mate Tea Bags in time for flu season. Yerba mate contains 24 vitamins and minerals, 15 amino acids and saponins, which aid the immune system. The packaging features colorful dreamscape designs by artist Akari Inoguchi. The scenes portray visions of rainforest wildlife and plants, as well as native people and traditional mate culture, which Guayaki supports, the company stated. The suggested retail price for a box of 25 certified organic tea bags is $6.95.
