Hardy Oil Opens First of Six Chester's Locations

IRVINE, Ky. -- Hardy Oil, based here, celebrated the opening of its newest location in Winchester, Ky. and its first to feature Chester's chicken. A grand-opening event at the Hardy Mart BP Station, located at 108 Rolling Hills Lane, was held Dec. 10 and included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and guest appearance by Chester the Chicken.

"We are excited to be partnering with Chester Chicken," stated Jeremy Brock, Hardy Oil's district manager. "This is the first of six conversions scheduled over the next few months. We are confident the conversions will provide a more consistent image through name recognition at our locations, helping us increase our overall deli sales."

The Winchester Hardy Mart now offers Chester's signature menu, which includes fried, bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, potato wedges and biscuits. The location is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers customers dine-in and carry-out options.

"Chester's is proud to have another great location in the state of Kentucky," Richard Davis, Chester's vice president of systems management, said in a statement. "Hardy Oil has great people, and we are excited they are on our team."
