Henny Penny Corp. launched new 3- and 4-foot Express Profit Center (EPC) Merchandisers with multiple width and height profiles and technology designed to reduce waste, labor costs and environmental impact, the company stated. The system uses LED lighting for extended bulb life and reduced labor costs, along with improved visual appeal, according to the company. Designed for grab-and-go self-service, the EPC merchandisers use air curtain technology to secure the heated climate without the use of doors, flaps, or other hard barriers, the company stated. The solution boasts extended holding times of up to four hours under ideal holding conditions and can be customized with adjustable shelving and multiple wiring and cord exit options
