Jacksons Food Stores Acquires Seven Boise 7-Eleven Stores

BOISE -- Jacksons Food Stores, operator of approximately 100 c-stores based in Meridian, Idaho, acquired all seven 7-Eleven convenience stores in the Treasure Valley region here, according to a report by area television station KBCI.

John Jackson, CEO of Jacksons, told the station it made sense to buy the stores because they are right in the company’s backyard, making them easy to operate, the report stated.

In addition, Jacksons has its own local distribution center to service the convenience stores with fresh foods, the report stated, citing Jackson.
