Larger Nonni's Biscotti

Nonni’s launched a new, larger sized biscotti line in a 48-count case available exclusively through foodservice distributors. The larger sized biscotti is made of the same ingredients and recipe as the original, but are an inch longer, according to the company. Three flavors are available with up to a nine-month shelf life—"Originali," a traditional light and crunchy almond biscotti; "Cioccolati," an almond biscotti dipped in gourmet chocolate; and "Triple Chocolate," a chocolate biscotti dipped and drizzled in rich bittersweet chocolate. With a suggested retail price of 99 cents, the coffee complement has a potential mark-up of more than 100 percent, according to the company.
