Lee-Moore Oil to Beta Test Pinnacle's New Auditor
ARLINGTON, Texas -- Sanford, N.C.-based Lee-Moore Oil Co., operator of a network of On the Run and TruBuy convenience stores, will beta test Auditor, Pinnacle's new retail accounting manager and the latest in a suite of web-based products built on Pinnacle's Symphony Business Platform.
"We are pleased to be selected by Pinnacle to beta test this exciting new product," said Kirk J. Bradley, president and CEO of Lee-Moore Oil Co. "We anticipate that Auditor will significantly enhance home office operations by providing greater auditing and review efficiencies. Auditor's accessible data and highly functional report writer will allow us to generate customized retail and marketing feedback and alerts."
With Auditor, retailers can customize sets of rules to validate data related to sales and cash accountability, fuel inventory, and cost and retail inventory. Data that does not pass user-defined exception rules will not be marked as audited. Exceptions are displayed and easily checked. Once data is audited, retailers can use Auditor's web reporting system to provide various types of reports.
