Love’s to Install LED Canopy Fixtures Chainwide

OKLAHOMA CITY — Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. hopes to make all of its 350-plus locations brighter for customers.

The Oklahoma City-based travel stop operator signed a multi-year contract with LSI Industries Inc., whereby the latter will outfit all of Love's locations, including new construction and renovated properties, with its LED CRU canopy fixtures.

“LSI is proud to offer high-performance, cost-effective LED lighting solutions to Love’s,” said Shawn Toney, president of LSI Lighting Solutions. “The strengths of LSI’s products for the petroleum and convenience store market have helped to establish LSI’s long-standing reputation for excellence and its leadership position in the marketplace today.”

LSI received assistance from Graybar, an industrial and electrical supplier, in inking the multi-year contract. According to Graybar’s Russell Cox, Love’s was specifically looking for aesthetics, performance and price in its lighting products.

LED is touted as being longer lasting and providing more eye appeal than traditional bulbs. LED products also don’t get hot like traditional bulbs.

Cincinnati-based LSI Industries Inc. provides advancing, solid-state LED technology for several convenience store retailers.
