Ovention Inc. introduced the M360 countertop speed cooking oven that requires no hood. Like its predecessor Ovention Matchbox products, the M360 oven uses no texture-damaging microwaves, instead employing an advanced Precision Impingement form of convection. This results in the ability to offer a large menu of foodservice items, from breakfast sandwiches and pizza, to chicken breast, calamari and cookies, according to the manufacturer.
