MAPCO Express Parent Searches for New HQ
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Delek US Holdings Inc. is looking to relocate its headquarters, according to a Nashville Business Journal report. The parent company of MAPCO Express, MAPCO Mart and other convenience store and gas station banners has outgrown its current location at 7102 Commerce Way in Brentwood, Tenn.
"Every space in this building we've filled up," said Delek Vice President of Investor Relations Keith Johnson. "We've reached our limits. We are growing and we need more office space."
The existing headquarters is eight years old and has approximately 56,000 square feet of space.
The company is evaluating relocation options in Williamson and Davidson counties, Johnson said, adding that he is not aware of a timeline for the move.
Delek U.S. is currently the fourth-largest public company in the Nashville region based on its $8.7 billion in revenue last year, according to the news outlet.
