Maxwell House Shelf-stable Coffee

The Maxwell House Coffee Co., a brand within Kraft Foodservice, launched Classic Select Roast, a shelf-stable liquid coffee concentrate. Classic Select Roast is available in both caffeinated and decaffeinated varieties, and is made from a select blend of 100 percent coffee beans, Kraft Foodservice stated. The aseptic, 2.2-liter, bag-in-box product has an unrefrigerated shelf life of 12 months, according to the company. Maxwell House Coffee's Classic Select Roast will be supported with a complete line of Maxwell-House-branded merchandising and marketing materials, the company stated.
