Mrs. Freshley's Launches First-Ever Sampling Tour

THOMASVILLE, Ga. -- Mrs. Freshley’s, the line of snack cakes and pastries from Flowers Foods, is launching its first-ever snack cake sampling tour. The “Fresh Sample Series” will launch in the Indianapolis and St. Louis markets tomorrow, May 24.

A “Fresh Sample Series” crew will be making pit stops at Speedway, QuikTrip and Huck’s convenience store locations, as well as at Kroger supermarkets, where they will hand out Mrs. Freshley’s sweet treats, coupons and prizes.

The crew will distribute coupons for free Mrs. Freshley’s snacks, allowing consumers to select from the brand's more than 50 different snack cakes and pastries available in stores. Attendees will also have the opportunity to win a $50 gas card at each pit stop.

Mrs. Freshley’s recently debuted new packaging and a new logo, so the brand is eager to get the word out. Four of its favorites will be sampled: Dreamies, Honey Buns, Sugar Donuts and Oatmeal Creme Cookies.
