Nature’s Best Small Roaster

In response to sustained high protein prices, Anchor Packaging Inc. added a new, smaller specialized roaster to its Nature’s Best line of polypropylene lids and mineral-filled polypropylene bases. The roaster’s shallow base – made with 40-percent natural mineral additives in place of oil-based resin – raises the bird higher in the dome, providing an attractive presentation to the consumer and eliminating the empty space present in most other packages. The roaster also features wide, unobstructed panels on the dome lid combined with anti-fog technology, while the leak-resistant closure on the classic black case prevents spills and provides the consumer with a table-ready serving platter. The lid and base are both reusable and eligible for recycling. This new small roaster holds 1-pound to 1 1/2-pound whole chickens.
