New Hy-Vee Fuel Cards Now Working at Casey's Pumps

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Hy-Vee's Fuel Saver + Perks cards began operating at Casey's General Store gas pumps starting Aug. 15, reported KCCI Des Moines.

New cards were recently sent to customers, some of whom had problems using the cards at the fuel pumps due to a computer glitch. They were told to bring their perks cards inside the store to receive the discounts, according to the report.

"We thank Casey's for being an outstanding partner and working with us to quickly resolve our technical issue," Hy-Vee said in a released statement. "We again apologize to our customers for any inconvenience, and we thank them for their patience."

Any customers who are still experiencing problems with their Fuel Saver + Perks cards should contact customer care representatives at (800) 232-2580 or [email protected], Hy-Vee said.
